Website trial

Three weeks to a live site. No invoice. Then a small monthly if you want to keep it.

I plan the pages, design and build the first version, connect your domain, and put it on the internet. You use it. The trial is how I land the work without asking you to trust a stranger. After three weeks it is £199 a month to keep hosting, SSL, backups, and small edits. That is the product. Software comes later.

  • One call and a short page map
  • Up to five custom-designed pages
  • Mobile build, enquiry form, basic SEO
  • Managed hosting, SSL, and backups
  • One standard .co.uk or .com in your name
  • Up to 60 minutes of small edits each paid month

I take a handful of trials at a time. You need a real offer and you need to show up with content. Ecommerce, catalogues, member areas, and custom software are not included. If you walk at the end of week three, the site comes down and you owe nothing. The domain stays yours.

Software & automation

After the site is working — the CRM, booking, dashboard, or follow-up you actually need.

This is the second conversation, not the first. Once the website is live and you can see enquiries, we talk about the tool underneath: pipelines, booking, ops dashboards, routing, reporting. Scoped and priced. I do not sell imaginary AI employees.

  • Workflow audit and a written first version
  • Custom interface, data, roles, and permissions
  • Integrations, alerts, and scheduled jobs
  • Testing and a visible audit trail
  • Deployment, docs, and handover
  • Optional managed hosting and a higher monthly

Most builds use fixed milestones. Small standalone automations can cost less; larger platforms cost more. Third-party software, messaging, and usage are agreed before I start. I would rather add this once the website has proved it is worth it.

Website first. Software when you can see it is worth it.
